Deliveries
Deliveries will be completed within 48 hours.
All deliveries will only be up to ground floor where lift access is not available. In cases which requires lifting it can be provided and will be separately charged.
Customer is liable for any fees incurred by the cargo boats.

Male'
All deliveries are free within Male' including deliveries upto cargo boats in ports of Male'
Hulhumale'
All deliveries are charged within Hulhumale' including deliveries up to cargo boats in ports in Hulhumale'.
Delivery Charges:
Phase 1
Small Packages: MVR 70
Large Packages: MVR 150
Phase 2
Small Packages: MVR 100
Large Packages: MVR 200
Villimale'
Deliveries for Villimale will be delivered upto the cargo ferry. Customer will be informed with details of the person who will be taking responsibility of the package. Customer is liable for any charges incurred by the ferry and person who takes responsibility.
Returns
We accept returns of defects/damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received in its original packaging.
Once the item has been returned, customers can opt for a full refund or replacement of the item.
If a refund is issued, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. Refund duration will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The shipping aspects of your order are non-refundable.
Sale items are not eligible for return, all sale transactions are final and cannot be accepted.
